Looks like I'm stuck at the clear belt. ;)

Re: Thought from food

Wendi, coming from a guru like you that says a lot. You're a great mentor.

Re: Thought from food

Agreed EarthMAMA, except when he talks about honey, makes me sad I love the stuff! ;)

Re: Thought from food

Fab video. I don't want to define myself by what I don't do ... also like the focus on enjoyment :-)

Re: Thought from food

Soooooo interesting. I am reading Natalia Rose's book, Raw Food Detox. She advocates the same thing. She says 100% raw can be a huge mistake for some and advocates raw goat cheese/ice cream and dark chocolate....welcome treats when struggling to stay 100% raw and ready to throw in the towel. Thanks for sharing that video with us :)

Re: Thought from food

Awesome video! I love the part of "letting our hair down." It does seem too many people get wrapped up in percentages and what we DON'T eat. Like Earthmother wrote, he's a breath of fresh air.

Re: Thought from food

I agree with Daniel. For me, I proudly worked for my white belt, only to find that I didn't need a robe on which to wear/use it. :-P

Relaaaaxxxx is definitely the point you get to after a few years, after achieving the sought-after white belt. It's important to remember and honor that phase of achievement, however, because that's a stage that most of us need to go through. Most of what I share with others is helping them to achieve that white belt, knowing full well they'll never need it. *giggles*

Thanks for sharing the video, Sam!

Lots of love to you,

Wendi
XOXOXO

Re: Thought from food

LOVE Daniel Vitalis.
